Friends:

The first and most important step in beginning a search for a new rector is the completion of a Church Profile.  Karen Montenegro has graciously volunteered to take on this task.  Karen will assemble a committee to prepare a survey to be distributed to all members of Transfiguration.  Once the surveys have been completed and reviewed, a current and accurate profile of Transfiguration will be produced for distribution to interested candidates for the job of rector.  The building of a profile is a difficult job and I am very grateful to Karen for stepping up to the challenge.
