We hope our web page will allow you to get a glimpse of who we are and prompt you to visit and worship with us. We are a Christian community dedicated to living with one another in Christ’s spirit of reconciling love and, we are a "thinking" Church willingly engaged in the debate of ideas raised by modern culture.

Our source of motivation and strength for the journey is found in worship and prayer. We believe the Bible contains the Word of God and gives us insight into the nature and will of God. We consider Christ Jesus to be the Living Word of God. The Holy Spirit embodies the Living Word in the lives and hearts of God’s people and God's will is known in a dynamic and ongoing process of revelation. But that is enough theology for now.

We are also a fun Parish. We enjoy getting together and we’ll use almost any excuse to share a meal. And our children are very important to us. Children are not only the future of the Church but make up the heart of the present Church.

.Some additional ministries include a variety of educational classes, choirs and bell choirs, social justice concerns, senior ministries, quiet day retreats, outreach to the local communities and our preschool. You can learn more about our Preschool through this web site.

You should also know that while we take faith seriously, we also know how to laugh. There is a lot of laughter at "Transfig" and we try not to take ourselves too seriously. Just because faith is important does not mean it has to be stuffy.
